Case Study 2: Orchestra Pit at The Theatre Royal Nottingham

The following photographs are of an ADM moving stage floor fitted into an orchestra pit at The Theatre Royal Nottingham

A 17 x 5 metre moving platform enabled the floor space in font of the stage to be utilised in three different ways, firstly as an extension to the stage when at high level then an extension to the audience seating area when at mid level and finally when fully down it functions as an orchestra pit.
